You should only submit Content to Triedge that you are comfortable sharing with others under the terms and conditions of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify Triedge and its affiliates for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of aforementioned warranties and the licenses granted by you to Triedge.

Triedge may be required by law to remove certain information or content in certain countries. Triedge also reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any Content including User Owned Content at its sole discretion. Triedge may review and remove any Content including User Owned Content, Solicited and Unsolicited Submissions, that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms and Conditions, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of Users of Our Website(s). Triedge also reserves the right to exercise editorial control over all User Submitted Content, including Solicited and Unsolicited Submissions, at its sole discretion. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at Your own risk.

1.3. Copyrights of Others and Trademark Infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask Our Users and content providers to do the same. As long as Users comply with the Terms and Conditions stated herein, the Users have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter, access and use Triedge Website(s). You are requested to note and keep confidential Your User ID and Password that you receive/ create at time of Registering/ Signing Up on our Website(s).

Any unauthorized use of any content or materials contained on Our Website(s) may also violate copyright laws, trademark laws, and other related laws and may have legal consequences.

• Violate system or network security including those violations which may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Also due to the basic nature and inherent differences in each Product or Service offered by or on triedge.in, the refund or cancellation policy may vary for each Product or Service. You are requested and advised to carefully read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for each Product and Service prior to making any payment.

Also we have full right to consider and review any refund case, if amount paid by the User is in excess of products/services purchased or subscribed. We have complete authority to review products/services purchased by the User if there is shortfall/excess of payment. Also you are required to note your transaction identification numbers including Invoice No, Transaction ID and Receipt No. as provided by the payment gateway partner and/ or Triedge and to furnish any such information to enable tracking of the payment status of your purchase/ subscription.

Post receipt of Your communication regarding refund or cancellation with all required details, Triedge will make all reasonable efforts to investigate and process your request within a reasonable time.

1.13. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and all disputes arising out of the transactions between a User and Triedge Solutions Private Limited shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

The User agrees to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts situated in Delhi, India for any dispute that may arise under or in relation with these Terms & Conditions and/or any dispute that may arise out of any transaction between a User and Triedge Solutions Private Limited.

Our Website is only available for Users in India. Triedge makes no claims or representations that the content on Our Website(s) may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside of India. Access to the content may not be legal for certain persons or in certain countries or geographies. If you access Our Website(s) you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Section 2 - Specific Terms & Conditions

The Specific Terms and Conditions hereunder pertain to the Products and Service’s available on triedge.in. These Specific Terms and Conditions supplement the General Terms & Conditions and are to be read in conjunction with Section 1 - General Terms & Conditions

2.1. Specific Terms - Resume-Edge/ Resume Writing Services

• “ResumeEdge” (hereinafter referred to as “RWS”) is a Resume Writing Service wherein Triedge provides, subject to necessary approvals and conditions stated herein, the service of drafting and producing a Resume for the User, based on the information/data/content supplied by the User and the format/design selected by the User from the ResumeEdge Format/Design Gallery available on triedge.in
• By accessing or registering or making full or part of the payment for this service, or by using RWS or other services offered therein, or by submitting profile, personal information, resume content on RWS or to Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, or by participating in events organised by Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, or by disseminating information about the services, opportunities, content, formats and organisations made available by RWS or Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, the User using or availing the services agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• The subscription fees for the RWS Services is payable upfront and Triedge will commence providing the RWS Services to the User only upon receipt of full amount/charges either directly from the User or from a third party on behalf of the User and on receipt of all the information required to prepare the Resume including the name of the selected format/design.
• This subscription of RWS is NOT transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
• The User/Subscriber certifies that the information/data/content supplied by him/her to Triedge is accurate and correct and pertains to him/her.
• As the subscription fees of formats/designs available on ResumeEdge Format/Design Gallery on triedge.in varies with the format/design and experience of the Subscriber, the User agrees to select a format/design from the Gallery prior to subscribing and making the payment for RWS. Once a design is selected and paid for by the User, the User/Subscriber will not be permitted to change the resume format/design selected. Triedge will also not accept or entertain any requests for modification and/or alteration of the design selected.
• The User/Subscriber undertakes that he/she will respond in writing to the queries, raised by Triedge through an email by Triedge, pertaining to the resume, promptly and within a maximum stipulated period of 7 working days from the time of such query being raised
• The User/Subscriber agrees to give reasonable time to Triedge for writing of the resume. Triedge agrees to draft, produce and send the first Draft of the resume to the User/Subscriber, based on the format/design selected and paid for by the User/Subscriber, within a maximum stipulated period of 7 working days of receipt of all information/data/content from the User/Subscriber of RWS.
• The User/ Subscriber undertakes and agrees to send the approval of the Draft Resume or send his/her request for changes to the Draft Resume in writing within a maximum stipulated period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the first or any subsequent Draft Resume(s). The User/ Subscriber is advised to read the Draft Resume thoroughly and in detail prior to according his/ her approval to the Draft Resume.
• Once the Final Resume produced by Triedge has been approved and received by the User/Subscriber, Triedge will not be responsible for storing, retaining or keeping copies of the Final Resume. The User/ Subscriber understands and agrees that Triedge will not be able to resend another copy of the Final Resume on a subsequent date and therefore accepts the sole responsibility of maintaining adequate number of copies of the Final Resume and/or a back-ups of the soft copy of the Final Resume.
• Once the Final Resume produced by Triedge has been received by the User/Subscriber, Triedge will be absolved of all its obligation to the User/ Subscriber and will subsequently NOT accept/entertain any requests for changes / modifications / alterations to the Final Resume. The User/Subscriber is advised to examine the Draft Resume thoroughly prior to according final approval.
• Triedge will send to the User/ Subscriber, a soft copy of the Final Resume in the form of an attachment to an email and/ or in the form of a downloadable link. No hard/ physical copies will be sent to the User/ Subscriber or to any other third party.
• Any failure on the part of the User/ Subscriber to respond to the queries/information requests raised by Triedge or any failure to respond to the Draft with an approval or request for change, within the maximum stipulated period as defined above, will result in Triedge being absolved of all its obligation, if any.
• As Resume Writing Service is a service and time and effort of Triedge employees is allocated, used and expended, the subscription fees once paid for by the User shall NOT be refundable and all amount(s) paid by the User for RWS Services shall stand appropriated.
• Triedge offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume is written and used by the User to apply for jobs.
• Triedge shall not be liable for loss of any data, information, particulars supplied by the User due to reasons beyond its control including but not limited to corruption of data.
• Triedge shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Triedge's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Government policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities etc.
• Triedge reserves its right to reject any insertion of information/data provided by the User in the Resume without assigning any reason, if in its opinion the information/ data is untrue, leads to misrepresentation or is in general harmful for the reputation of the User or Triedge.
• The User/ Subscriber may be assigned password(s) by Triedge to enable the User/ Subscriber to access the relevant information/ resume format/ final resume sent by Triedge, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the User/ Subscriber and Triedge shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party.
• Content and Images for availing the RWS services shall be provided by the User/ Subscriber. The User/ Subscriber of RWS does not and shall not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data/formats/designs produced by Triedge and/or uploaded by the User/ Subscriber on the Website.
• Triedge retains the absolute right to refuse or reject or cancel any subscription to RWS at any time without assigning or disclosing any reasons. In the event Triedge cancels a subscription after the payment has been received from a User/ Subscriber, Triedge will refund the amount received from the User/ Subscriber within a reasonable time. No interest or penalty shall be payable on or along with the refunded amount.
• Triedge retains the absolute right to add or remove any Formats/ Designs from its Gallery. Triedge also retains the absolute right to refuse usage or subscription of any format/design selected by the User/ Subscriber.
• All disputes arising out of the transactions between a User/ Subscriber and Triedge will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable. All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a User and Triedge will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Delhi.
• The liability, if any, of Triedge is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the User for his/her subscription to the RWS.

2.2. Specific Terms - Readers Galleria

• “Readers Galleria” (hereinafter referred to as “RG”) is a Curated Library Service wherein Triedge provides to the User, subject to necessary approvals and conditions stated herein, access to original, contributed and collated (from third party sources and websites) content on specific topics, links to useful websites and resources and a platform to debate and comment on specified topics.
• By accessing or registering for this service, or by using RG or services offered therein, or by submitting content or comments on Triedge Publisher or to RG or to Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, or by participating in events organised by Triedge, or by disseminating information about the services, opportunities, content, sources and organisations made available by Triedge Publisher or RG or Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, the User using or availing the services agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• Access to RG is currently free for Registered Users of triedge.in. Triedge, however reserves the right to amend, revise or update it’s free use policy. Triedge shall inform all Registered Users of any change in it’s free use policy by posting a notice of change in policy on triedge.in.
• As a part of services offered through RG, Triedge shall grant Registered Users access to original and/or third party content which maybe in any machine readable format such as text, videos, memes, infographics, slideshare decks, quizzes, polls, Live streaming, podcasts, lists, case studies and links to third party sites etc. Triedge, however reserves the right to amend, revise or update content, information, courseware, products and services it offers to the User at any time without any advance notice.
• Third party sources or websites are not under the control of Triedge and Triedge is not responsible for the content of these third party websites, the links that they contain or any changes or updates made to them. Triedge supplies these links for convenience or information, and the inclusion of any link does not imply that Triedge has endorsed the website or its content beforehand. The risks linked to the use of these third party websites therefore rest wholly on the User, who shall comply with the terms and conditions stated on those third party websites.
• Triedge allows Registered Users to recommend and upload original and/ or third party content on its Website. The User acknowledges and agrees to ensure that the content uploaded by him/ her on triedge.in is not derogatory or offensive in any manner and does not violate any legal, personal and intellectual property rights. Triedge retains the absolute right to refuse inclusion of any submission and the right to subsequent removal of any content recommended or uploaded by the User on triedge.in without assigning any reason.
• Triedge allows Registered Users to upload information about authors and creators of content so that adequate recognition and name credit may be accorded to such authors and creators. The User acknowledges and agrees to ensure that the information uploaded by him/ her on triedge.in is accurate and not offensive in any manner and does not violate any legal, personal and intellectual property rights. Triedge retains the absolute right to refuse inclusion of any submission and the right to subsequent removal of any content recommended or uploaded by the User on triedge.in without assigning any reason.
• Triedge does not evaluate or examine the content uploaded by Registered Users on its Website except to the extent of checking its size and format and therefore gives no assurances, guarantees or warranties about the accuracy, legality, usefulness or quality of the uploaded content. If any User finds any content to be inaccurate, substandard or offensive, they are requested to bring it to the notice of Triedge through the “Report” facility provided in RG.
• The User is advised to take all precautions, consult specialists, cross verify information and data and exercise his judgement prior to taking any direct or indirect advice and/or using any advice, information, content or data provided on triedge.in. The content made available on RG and triedge.in is for information and convenience only and the Registered User agrees to assume all risk, direct or indirect, arising out of his/her use of RG and triedge.in.
• The User acknowledges and agrees that Triedge shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of the User’s Account.
• All content, information, courseware, products and services offered on RG are protected by copyright, trademark rights and all other intellectual property rights, and belong to Triedge, or to third parties that have authorised Triedge to publish them or to the third parties from where they have been respectively sourced. Triedge claims no copyright, trademark rights and any other intellectual property rights on materials sourced from other Websites or sources.
• Under these conditions, the User undertakes not to reproduce, summarise, modify, alter or re-circulate, without the prior express consent of the person or organisation owning the intellectual property right, any text, videos, memes, infographics, slideshare decks, quizzes, polls, Live streaming, podcasts, lists, case studies, image or illustration etc for anything other than strictly private use.
• Triedge takes claims of copyright infringement seriously. If any User or any other person or organisation believes that any materials on triedge.in infringes his/her/its copyright, they are reqsuested to immediately inform Triedge of such infringement by sending a written notice to the Grievance Officer. The written notice must include substantially the following:
  • A reasonably detailed description of the copyrighted work(s) or other intellectual property(s) that are claimed to have been infringed, or if the claim involves multiple works, a representative list of such works;
  • Identification of the specific location of the material that infringes upon the Users rights and sufficient information to enable Triedge to locate the specific material.
  • Upon Triedge's receipt of a valid, legal, complete and actionable takedown notice, Triedge shall remove or disable access to the specific allegedly infringing material identified in the notice.
• A Registered User may also be allowed by Triedge to provide User content such as comments, reviews, opinions etc. The User, uploading the content, is solely responsible for the content posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available on the Website. The User agrees that Triedge is only acting as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of such User Content. Triedge reserves the right to remove or alter any User Content from the Site at its sole discretion.
• By transmitting and submitting any User Content while using the Website, the User agree that that he/she:
  • Is solely responsible for his/her account and the activity that occurs while signed in to or while using his/her account;
  • Will not post information that is malicious, derogatory, defamatory, abusive, offensive, misrepresentative, false or inaccurate;
  • Will not submit content that is subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy, publicity, trade secret, copyright, or trademark, unless the User is the owner of such rights or has the appropriate permission from its rightful owner.
• The use of defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, or abusive language, images or postings on the Triedge Websites are strictly prohibited.
• Triedge does not, and cannot, pre-screen or monitor all User Content. However, at its discretion, Triedge may monitor and/or record User interactions on triedge.in.
• Ths User is solely responsible for all communications and interactions with other Users on triedge.in and with other persons with whom the User may communicate or interact with as a result of his/her use of triedge.in or other Triedge services. The User understands that Triedge does not screen or inquire into the background of any users of the Website, nor does Triedge make any attempt to verify the statements of the Users of the Website. Triedge also makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of the Users of the Website. The User agrees to take reasonable precautions in all communications and interactions with other Users of the Website with whom he/she communicates or interacts with as a result of the Users use of the Website, particularly if the User’s decide to meet offline or in person.
• Any creation of a hypertext link to triedge.in requires a prior express written authorisation from Triedge. Triedge. may withdraw this authorisation at any moment without assigning any reasons.

• Triedge Publisher (hereinafter referred to as “TP”) is a self publishing application provided on triedge.in wherein Triedge provides the platform to the user, subject to necessary approvals and conditions stated herein, to author original digital content for publication on RG and triedge.in.
• By accessing or registering for this service, or by using the TP or services offered therein, or by submitting content on TP or to RG or to Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, or by participating in events organised by TP or RG on triedge.in or otherwise, or by disseminating information about the services, opportunities, content and organisations made available by TP or RG or Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, the User availing the services agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• Access to TP is currently free for Registered Users of triedge.in. Triedge, however reserves the right to amend, revise or update it’s free use policy. Triedge shall inform all Registered Users of any change in it’s free use policy by posting a notice of change in policy on triedge.in.
• Triedge allows Registered Users to author original digital content for publication on RG and triedge.in. The User acknowledges and agrees to ensure that the content submitted by him/ her on triedge.in is not derogatory or offensive in any manner and does not violate any legal, personal and intellectual property rights. Triedge retains the absolute right to refuse inclusion of any submission and the right to subsequent removal of any content submitted and uploaded by the User on triedge.in without assigning any reason.
• Triedge allows the Registered User submitting content to upload information about himself/herslf as the author and creator of content so that adequate recognition and name credit may be accorded to him/her. The User acknowledges and agrees to ensure that the information uploaded by him/ her on triedge.in is accurate and not offensive in any manner and does not violate any legal, personal and intellectual property rights. Triedge retains the absolute right to refuse inclusion of any submission and the right to subsequent removal of any content uploaded by the User on triedge.in without assigning any reason.
• The User understands and agrees that he/she is required to input or upload the content at his/her own expense in a machine readable format approved by Triedge.
• The User agrees to deliver and upload all electronic files, containing the content, free and clear of viruses, worms and other potentially harmful or disrupting code.
• The User understands and accepts that the content submitted by the User will be published and displayed on triedge.in only after approval from Triedge. Triedge at its sole discretion may decide to publish or display the content submitted by the User in only certain parts of triedge.in and not in the rest. Triedge.in may also refuse to publish or display any content or at any time remove any content already published or displayed , without assigning any reasons.
• The User also understands and agrees that he/she will be solely responsible for retaining copies of the content submitted and Triedge will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of loss of content for any reason whatsoever. Triedge will therefore not be responsible for retaining copies of the content or for returning the electronic files or physical content or media to the User in the present or at any time in the future. The User is therefore advised to retain adequate number of copies of the content submitted in soft and hard copy formats.
• Triedge has a free use policy for RG and TP does not charge any fee for browsing Content on its website and thereby the content authored/published and/or distributed on triedge.in is also currently not chargeable to Users. Triedge reserves the right to change its Free Use Policy from time to time.
• The User accepts and agrees that Triedge will NOT pay any Royalties or other payments to the authors or creators of content authored/published on triedge.in and distributed by Triedge.
• The User understands that it is his/her responsibility to ensure that all content submitted to Triedge is in compliance with TP’s Publishing Guidelines for content. If content submitted does not comply, the User will immediately withdraw the content by un-publishing it and/or by re-publishing content that complies with TP guidelines.
• The User agrees to not include in his/her Content, any advertisements or other content that is primarily intended to advertise or promote products or services.
• The User agrees to ensure that all metadata provide to Triedge is current, complete, and accurate. If the User discovers that any metadata provided to Triedge is inaccurate or incomplete, he/she must promptly submit corrected metadata to Triedge.
• The User authorize Triedge to make any inquiries it consider appropriate, directly or through third parties, to verify the Users rights to the content submitted and his/her rights to publish and display the content on triedge.in or through Triedge.
• The User understands that the content will be freely available to all Users once it is published and displayed on triedge.in or through Triedge. Triedge will not be able to control, manage or regulate the usage and subsequent distribution of the content by Users and therefore shall, in no manner whatsover, be responsible for the actions of the Users who have access to this Content and for any damage or loss caused to the User who has submitted the content by such actions.
• The User submitting the content on TP may withdraw his/her Content from being displayed on RG or any other part of triedge.in at any time by giving a notice of seven business days to Triedge. All withdrawals of Content will apply prospectively starting the date of removal of the content by Triedge from triedge.in.
• The User acknowledges that unintentional errors may occur in the process of publishing and displaying content on TP and triedge.in. If any such errors do occur, the only remedy available to the User submitting the content will be to remove the affected Content from triedge.in. Triedge will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to the loss of content or due to the distibution of the affected content or due to any other reason.
• Once the content has been accepted by Triedge, Triedge at its sole discretion will determine all marketing and promotions related to the distribution of the Content which may include displaying the content on triedge.in and/or distribution of the content by other means both digital and physical. Triedge will not be liable to any amount or fees to the User for any marketing or promotional efforts. The User understands, accepts and acknowledges that Triedge has no obligation to market, promote or distribute any Content or to continuing marketing or distributing the Content and as such the effort and the duration of the effort will be decided by Triedge at its sole discretion.
• You are subject to the same guidelines as any other customer contributing a review to RG. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates the RG guidelines.
• In addition, the User agreess, undertakes and confirms that he/she shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, distribute or share any information which:
  • Belongs to another person and to which the User does not have any right to;
  • Infringes upon or violates any patent, trademark, copyright, intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights or third party's trade secrets or third party's rights, including, but not limited to, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity;
  • Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
  • Is grossly harmful, patently offensive, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to "indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986;
    • Is false, inaccurate or misleading in any way;
    • Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
    • Contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult).
    • Harm minors in any way;
    • Impersonate another person;
    • Deceives or misleads the addressee/ users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
    • Involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
    • Contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
    • Provides instructional information about illegal activities including but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
    • Refers to any website or URL that, in Triedge’s view, contains material that is inappropriate for the Website or any other website, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.
    • Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Triedge’s prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, or the buying or selling of "virtual" products related to the Website.
    • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
    • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
    • Violates any law for the time being in force;
• Triedge shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of the User’s Account.
• By availing TP services, the User automatically subscribes to and agrees to receive email, calls and SMS notifications from Triedge, its clients, affiliates, partners, sponsors and advertisers on his email id and phone number.

2.4. Specific Terms – Trideus Campus Ambassador Program

• Trideus (hereinafter referred to as “TCAP”) is a Campus Ambassador Program launched by Triedge wherein students who are appointed, subject to necessary approvals and conditions stated herein, as Campus Ambassadors (hereinafter referred to as “Tridons”) shall become part of a national network of students and as part of such network perform certain tasks, complete projects for Triedge and its clients, liase between Institutes and Triedge and perform such other duties as specified by Triedge.
• By accessing or registering or applying to or joining TCAP or by participating in TCAP designated events organised by Triedge and/or others on triedge.in or otherwise, or by disseminating information about TCAP, the User using or availing the services agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• By using or availing TCAP services, the User automatically subscribes to and agrees to receive emails, calls and SMS notifications from Triedge, its clients, affiliates, partners, sponsors and advertisers on his email id and phone number.
• The User certifies that the information/data/content supplied by him/her to Triedge is accurate and correct and pertains to him/her.
• Application for TCAP does not mean acceptance into the program. Authorised personnel will evaluate the User and only upon determining fitment, will the User be accepted as Campus Ambassador (“CA”) under TCAP.
• By entering into the TCAP Program, the User acknowledges and agrees that he/she has reviewed the scope of services of TCAP as specified in the Job Description and finds them acceptable without objection. The CA also agrees that from the date of joining TCAP until the termination hereof to be available to provide the services, at the request of Triedge, at such times as are mutually convenient for the CA and Triedge.
• The CA understands and agrees that joining the TCAP does NOT mean that the CA is an employee, agent, independent contractor or partner of Triedge and the CA is expressely prohibited from representing or implying the same.
• The CA agrees that he/she will not identify himself/herself as a CA or otherwise as participating in TCAP to any third party unless specifically authorized in writing to do so by Triedge. The CA will not issue any press release, or otherwise make any statements or communications regarding TCAP beyond what is specifically authorized by Triedge.
• The CA acknowledges that he/she does not have any rights including personal or intellectual rights in any material provided through or in connection with TCAP or in any content created by the CA or other CA’s as part of the TCAP.
• The CA also agrees to not disclose any Proprietary Information shared with him/her by Triedge. Proprietary Information is any communication, whether verbal, written, electronic or otherwise, which is designated as confidential or otherwise has commercial value. The CA also agree to treat the terms and details of TCAP, the processes followed by Triedge, the communication shared by Triedge, the data and information collected in the projects under the TCAP as Proprietary Information.
• The CA grants Triedge a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use his/her name, photographs and any other information that Triedge has about the CA in connection with the CA’s participation in TCAP.
• The CA agrees to assign to Triedge all rights, titles and interests in and to any program results (including any information, feedback, suggestions or ideas) provided by the CA to Triedge or by Triedge to the CA or generated in connection with the CA’s participation in the Program without compensation to the CA or any duty to account to the CA for any subsequent assignment. All program results are Triedge’s Proprietary Information.
• The CA understands that Triedge may terminate its relationship with him/her at any time for any reason by issuing a notice through email. The CA agrees that on receipt of such termination, he/she will immediately stop all activities related to TCAP and return all Triedge’s collateral, property and/ or assets.
• The CA understands and agrees that Triedge may contact him/her through any method available, including through emails, mobile telephone (voice, text) and messages through social media.
• The CA acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not be financially compensated in any manner whatsoever for participation in TCAP.
• The CA understands and agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions stated herein, the terms of the independent projects that are allocated to him/her and all the applicable laws. The CA also promises to conduct himself/herself with honour and dignity at all times.

2.5. Specific Terms – Internedge

• “Internedge” (hereinafter referred to as “IE”) is an Online and Offline service which provides internship, project, social volunteering, first job and other such opportunities (hereinafter referred to as “Internship”) with Triedge, its clients and other organisations, to student and other individuals either directly, or through events, or through partnership with Institutes/organisations/bodies who have access to students / individuals desirous of availing such opportunities.
• IE is available to individual Users who want to avail Internship opportunities; to Institutes and other organisations who want to make available these Internship Opportunities to their students and other individual users; and to Employer Users who want to hire/employee and/or provide other Internship opportunities to Individual Users and Organisations.
• The Specific Terms and Conditions hereinabove pertain to specific Products and Service’s made available under this category. These Specific Terms and Conditions supplement the General Terms & Conditions and are to be read in conjunction with Section 1 - General Terms & Conditions and other terms and conditions mentioned in Section 2 - Specific Terms & Conditions

2.5.1. Internedge for Individual Users

• The IE platform is being provided by Triedge to Individuals Users to aid them in accessing, identifying, evaluating, shortlisting and applying to Internship opportunities provided by Organisations and Employer Users representing those organisations.
• By accessing or registering for or using this service; or by submitting their profile or resume to Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise; or by shortlisting/ applying for a position made available on triedge.in or by Triedge though other means; or by participating in events organised by Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise; or by disseminating information about the services, opportunities, positions and organisations made available on triedge.in or by Triedge through other means, the User availing the services agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• The Individual User assures Triedge that he/she will create and maintain Only One Individual User Account. The User also undertakes the he/she will not create another Individual User account if he/she has been blocked or stopped from visiting or accessing full or part of triedge.in.
• The Individual User also assures Triedge that he/she will not create an Individual User Account for someone else or share his/ her account with any other person.
• The User acknowledges and agrees that his/her User ID and password is for his/her exclusive use only.The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her User Account and for all activities that occur under it. The User also agree to take all reasonable steps to stop any unauthorized use and to cooperate with Triedge in any investigation of any unauthorized use. Triedge shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of the User’s Individual Account due to the activities of any third party or due to the Individual Users failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of his/her Account details.
• The Individual User certifies that the information/data/content supplied by him/her on triedge.in and/ or to Triedge is accurate and correct and pertains to him/her and the contact information submitted is both accurate and up to date.
• The Individual User understands that if he/she shares any false information, makes any misrepresentation, or hides material information, or makes any false claims, then Triedge reserves the right to block the Individual User from using some or all of Triedge services without any prior notice
• The Individual User understands it is his/her responsibility to appropriately respond to any communication from an Employer User to whom he/she has applied for a position. The Individual User undertakes and commits to respond to all such communication within 72 hours of receipt of such communication.
• While Triedge makes its best effort to bring the best internship opportunities possible to Users, application for a certain internship does NOT mean that the Applicant will be selected for that opportunity. The User understands and accepts that Triedge does NOT guarantee an Internship or any other opportunity to a User.
• The Individual User understands that once he/she has accepted an Offer of Internship then it is his/her obligation to make every possible effort to join and start the internship on time and conduct oneself as a professional. The Individual User understands that any unprofessional behaviour, including but not limited to declining an earlier accepted internship offer at the last moment, or to go incommunicado, or to stop performing duties after joining an internship, creates a very poor impression of the User, the Instution or Organisation they attend and reduces credibility of all other Individual Users of Triedge services. Any such behaviour may result in the User’s Account being blocked and/or Triedge services being withdrawn in part or in full and/or the Users conduct being reported to Institutes, Organisations, future employers and/or the Users name being included and displayed in any blacklist created and maintained by Triedge.
• The Individual User is advised to pay attention to the complete position details posted on IE or circulated by Triedge or the Employer User including but not limited to organisation profile, position start date, location, duration, whether paid or unpaid, skills required etc., and investigate them thoroughly before applying for the position. While Triedge makes every effort possible to bring to the Individual User legitimate opportunities, the responsibility for making a decision to apply for the opportunity lies with the Individual User and Triedge has no liability for any bogus, fictitious and invalid claims or misrepresentation by the Employer User or the organization.
• Triedge.in may from time to time contain hyperlinks to other Website/Mobile Applications. Such links are provided for convenience only and Triedge takes no responsibility for the content and maintenance of or privacy compliance by any linked Website/Mobile Application. Any hyperlink on triedge.in does not imply Triedge’s endorsement, support, or sponsorship of the operator of that Website/Mobile Application nor of the information and/or services which they provide.
• Triedge take its users’ data privacy and protection very seriously and has zero tolerance policy towards any breach. The User is strictly prohibited from transferring/selling/sharing employer’ data (contact details etc.), for free or for a fee, with any other entity. Any such attempt may result in the User’s Account being blocked and/or Triedge services being withdrawn in part or in full and/or the Users conduct being reported to the authorities for necessary legal action.
• The User agrees to accept the duty and obligation to report to Triedge any suspicious activity, content or behaviour on triedge.in by any employer user, individual user, organisation, service provider or another user, that comes to his/her attention or notice. In such cases the User is advised to write to the Grievance Officer and report the matter immediately.
• By using or availing IE services, the User automatically subscribes to and agrees to receive email, calls and SMS notifications from Triedge, its clients, affiliates, partners, sponsors and advertisers on his email id and phone number.
• IE shall not be a party in any legal matter or dispute between parties engaging or transacting with each other on triedge.in or through any service provided by Triedge including but not limited to disputes between Individual Users, Employer Users, Institutions, Organisations, Companies, Service Providers, Recruiters etc.

2.5.2. Internedge for Employer Users

• 1. The IE platform is being provided by Triedge to Employer Users to aid them in accessing, identifying, evaluating and selecting students and other individuals who are desirous of Internship opportunities.
• 2. By accessing or registering for this service, or by submitting positions and other opportunities on triedge.in or to Triedge, or by advertising or posting positions through Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise, or by participating in events organised by Triedge on triedge.in or otherwise or by disseminating information about the services, opportunities, positions, applicant details and organisations made available on triedge.in or by Triedge through other means, the Employer User using or availing the services provided by Triedge agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• 3. The User also agrees not to share his/her password and username with people who do not have the right to represent the User or make representation on behalf of the organization or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of the Users Account. The User acknowledges and agrees that his/her User ID and password is for his/her exclusive use only. The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her User Account and for all activities that occur under it. The User also agree to take all reasonable steps to stop any unauthorized use and to cooperate with Triedge in any investigation of any unauthorized use. Triedge shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of the User’s Account due to the activities of any third party or due to the Users failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of his/her Account details.
• 4. By making an Internship requirement posting on behalf of an organisation, the User undertakes and warrants that he/she has the right to represent such organization, and agrees to take the sole responsibility of ensuring that both the User and the Organization agree to these terms and conditions.
• 5. The User understands and agrees that he/she will not post any position on behalf of an organisation, access any information or submissions made to a position posted on behalf of an organisation once he/she has ceased to represent that organisation. The User also undertakes to change his/her profile on triedge.in to adequately reflect the change in representation.
• 6. The User understands and agrees that it is the User’s sole responsibility to provide accurate and updated information about the organization and the internship opportunity.
• 7. The User undertakes and guarantees that all terms and conditions of appointment mentioned in the Internship opportunity posted by him/ her or provided to Triedge are genuine and accurate and that the organisation will adhere to the terms stated in the posting and in any letter/appointment letter/letter of engagement issued as a direct/ indirect consequence of the posting.
• 8. The User understands and agrees that Triedge does not guarantee or assure in any many whatsoever that the usage of IE or any other Triedge Service will result in adequate applications for the opportunity posted or result in the hiring/appointment of any individual. The User understands and accepts that Triedge is only providing a platform for the Employer User to access individuals who may be interested in Internship opportunities.
• 9. The User also understands and agrees that Triedge does not guarantee or assure in any manner whatsoever the genuinesss and accuracy of the applications received by the User on triedge.in or through Triedge. The User agrees to exercise caution, conduct independent evaluation and due diligence and take sole responsibility for the actions and inactions of the individuals selected, appointed, hired or employed by him/her through Triedge or by using any of its services.
• 10. Organisation data and information on triedge.in is sourced from multiple sources including, but not limited to, information furnished on the relevant organisations website(s); information provided by the User to IE or Triedge or its agents; information collated through other available sources; and information contributed by other Users. The accuracy of organisation data and information is not guaranteed by Triedge in any manner whatsoever and the responsibility for ensuring that only accurate and non-confiential data about the organisation is distributed, published or disseminated lies solely with the User.
• 11. By providing any information on triedge.in or to Triedge, the User acknowledge that he/she is responsible for the content or material including its legality, originality and copyright. If the Users postings on triedge.in contains false information or inaccurate data, Triedge reserves the rights to delete or block such posting without any notice to the User.
• 12. The User acknowledges and agrees that Triedge shall have the sole right, at its discretion, to refuse to publish or post or to subsequently remove or block access to any content, position, posting, comment that a User may post or provide at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and without assigning any reason.
• 13. By uploading, submitting and or approvng organisation names, logos and images along with an internship or during registration or at any other time, the User authorizes IE and Triedge to use the Organisations name, logo or images for any promotional use on triedge.in; on all offline and online forums promoted by Triedge and where Triedge is representated; in all events, brochures, marketing material issued or promoted by Triedge; and in all documents where Triedge lists its clients.
• 14. The User acknowledges and guarantees that he/she will not use IE; or any services provided by Triedge; or any content or service posted on it, in any commercial manner or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising without a prior written consent from Triedge.
• 15. By using or availing IE and Triedge services, the User automatically subscribes to and agrees to receive emails, telephone calls and SMS notifications from Triedge, its clients, affiliates, partners, sponsors and advertisers on his email id and phone number.
• 16. The User also agrees that he/she will be solely responsible for any legal dispute related to or arising out of any authorised or unauthorized usage of any of the Triedge services including Interneship requirement posting on IE or triedge.in or through any other channel or means provided by Triedge. The User also agrees to indemnify Triedge and its partners, affiliates, clients, sponsors and advertisers of all possible consequences, direct or indirect, arising out of the Users usage of IE and other Triedge services.
