Financial information such as Bank Account details or Credit Card or Debit Card or other payment related details are only required when you purchase or conduct a financial transaction through the designated Payment Partner on our Website. We do not store information of users like password of e-mail account except the password of your account on our Website. If you choose to login with Facebook or similar websites, we import the information that you choose to share with us by installing the application or logging into that platform or website. The password for access to our Website is automatically saved in our designated server when you create an account or register with us.

We may also seek certain other information from you from time to time. For example if you apply for a position or make a purchase or enter into a contest on or through our Website you may be asked to provide information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, qualifications or career history, gender, race, nationality, government identity number(s) etc.

Providing the above mentioned information is strictly voluntary and you will not be subject to any adverse action or treatment from Triedge if you choose not to provide us any such Information. However If you choose not to provide us with the information sought in the required fields, Triedge may be limited in its ability to provide you with the required products or services and/or be limited in its ability to meet your information requirements.

Our Website has been designed for a global audience. However individual countries may have specific laws pertaining to Information gathering and submissions. Triedge Solutions Private Limited uses maximum care possible to ensure that all or any data or information in respect of electronic or physical transfer of money does not fall in the wrong hands. For completing online transactions involving payments a user is directed to a secured payment gateway, Triedge does not store or keep financial data and Personal Account Related Information such as credit card numbers, passwords, PINs etc. Since the transaction happens on a third party network not controlled by Triedge, once an online transaction has been completed, the Personal Account Related Information is not accessible to anyone at Triedge except to the extent that the information contained in the Invoice/ Bill.

Triedge Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.
